Editions, price and the Heritage Pack

Search suggestions are full of collector boxes and deluxe tiers. Steam lists neither: one base-game package at $49.99, and one DLC at $3.99. What makes that DLC worth two minutes is that most of it is not cosmetic.

Sophia mid-swing with a sword against four armed enemies in a grove of dead trees, one of them carrying a round shield
Four at once, one of them shielded. This is the fight the parry achievements are describing.

What $49.99 buys

  • The full game

Steam lists a single base-game package. No deluxe or premium tier appears alongside it.

  • 17 languages

6 of them with full voice acting: English, French, German, Spanish (Spain), Simplified Chinese, Turkish. The rest are subtitles.

  • A collector's edition

Not among Steam's packages. Anything physical would be a retailer arrangement rather than a store tier.

  • A season pass

Steam lists one DLC, and it went on sale the same day as the game rather than as a later addition.

The Heritage Pack, item by item

$3.99. It went on sale the same day as the game, which is why it is worth reading rather than ignoring: two of its three items are equipment, not decoration.

  • changes play

    Minoan Sword

A weapon whose every third hit lands a powerful strike that stuns.

  • changes play

    Alec's Pendant

An heirloom left by Sophia's father. Boosts the stats of every charm you are carrying.

  • extra

    Digital artbook

    Production art, outside the game.

Where the price sits

$49.99 buys a game whose median full run is under eight hours. Whether that reads as good value depends less on the number than on whether you are the kind of player who finishes games — and most owners of this one do not.
